How to Create Animated Live Wallpaper on Windows
Step 1
You have to download and install a software called "DeskScapes". To download it, you can go through link which ApkVenue has provided below.
Download the Latest Version of DeskScapes
Step 2
Open the software, then you will find several live wallpapers that have been provided. Choose the one you like, then click "Set as Wallpaper"
Done and enjoy the moving live wallpaper.

Step 1
You have to download and install a software called "Dream Scenes". To download it, you can go through the link that ApkVenue has provided below.
Download the Latest Version of Dream Scene
Step 2
If you are using Windows 7 and above. Before opening this software try right-clicking, then click "Properties". Go to tab "Compatibility", then in column "Compatibility Mode" choose "Windows 7". For more details you can see the image below.
Step 3
Open the software, then click "Install DreamScene" like the picture below.
Wait a moment then it will come out pop-up like in the image below.
If this is out, it means that now you can make any video format "WMV" and "MPG" as wallpapers. The method itself is very easy, just right click then "Set as Wallpaper".
