Synopsis of Korean Drama Stairway to Heaven
Cha Song-Joo (Kwon Sang-Woo) and Han Jung-Suh (Choi Ji-Woo) are friends since childhood who seemed destined to be together forever.
Their parents had a close relationship and their relationship also grew closer when they both experienced loss in their family.
After his mother died, Jung-Suh's father married another woman and Jung-Suh got a half brother and sister, Han Tae-Hwa (Shin Hyun-Joon) andHan Yoo-Ri (Kim Tae-Hee).
Even though Jung-Suh has tried to build a good relationship with Tae-Hwa, Yoo-Ri instead becomes jealous of the relationship between Jung-Suh and Song-Joo.
But nothing could shake the relationship between Song-Joo and Jung-Suh and when Song-Joo left to pursue an education in America, Jung-Suh remained faithfully waiting for Song-Joo.
Three years later, Song-Joo returns to South Korea and Jung-Suh immediately rushes to the airport to meet his true love.
Unfortunately, Jung-Suh was involved in an accident on his way to the airport and was declared dead in the accident.
