They are Kang Ha Ri (Song Seung Heon), Cha Ah Ryung (Krystal Jung), Lim Byung Min (Lee Si Eon), and Do Jin Woong (Tae Won Suk) who have their respective expertise & complement each other.

Unlike other criminal groups who only care about personal matters, the four of them have an extraordinary mission, namely stealing and deceiving people who they think deserve to be drained of their wealth.

Their targets are corrupt officials, rich people whom they consider evil, and criminal gangs who extort the poor.

In carrying out their mission, they always help the victims of the criminals they target.
