- Open the Instagram app, select the camera icon located at the top left or in the red box in the image below.
- Select the image/gallery icon located at the bottom left, also located in the red box in the image below.
- After determining the image you want to cover, select the icon Your Story + which is on the bottom left (in the red box).
- The photo will then be attached to stories you choose profile picture you are on the top left.
- After stories open, select three dots icon which is located at the bottom right. Then choose one highlights which you want to replace the cover.
- Select again the three-dot icon located at the bottom right, then select an option Edit Highlights.
- choose Edit Cover, then enter the photo you want as the cover. If you have set the position or location of the photo that fits, select Done.
