Synopsis of Now You See Me 2
Continuing the story from the previous film, Now You See Me 2 starts with the members The Four Horsemen who is hiding in NY City while waiting for instructions The Eye, the mysterious magician who recruited them.
They are Daniel Atlas (Jesse Eisenberg), Merritt McKinney (Woody Herrelson), and Jack Wilder (Dave Farnco).
After a long wait, the The Eye finally gave them a new mission, namely to dismantle business corruption cases Owen Case (Ben Lamb).
He will release the latest software that has been secretly stealing user data. Para Horsemen hijack the new software launch event.
However, his mission is interrupted by a mysterious figure who reveals involvement The Horsemen in the bank robbery incident in Paris.
Worse yet, when they try to escape by getting into the escape tube, they become victims of magic Chase McKinney (Brick Patrick).
The magic effect sent them from America to China in seconds. Then, they met Walter Mabry (Daniel Radcliffe) who is a former business partner of Owen Case.
They finally agree to accept Walter's offer to help him steal a chip from Owen Case.
