The younger brother caught the virus and became a cannibal, while the older brother was only partially affected and tried to help his sister.
Sounds interesting, but the execution is terrible. The animation looks like it was made by an amateur.
The plot of the story is not entertaining at all. It's better to watch Tokyo Ghoul which is one of the best anime, gang.
