Step 1 - Click Start

  • Click on the application, then select the Uninstall button.

2. How to Delete Apps on a Laptop Using Windows PowerShell

The second way you can do if your laptop is installed with the Windows 10 operating system is to use Windows PowerShell.

You can use Windows Powershell to remove default applications that are fussy and don't want to be removed, such as calculators, alarms, Groove Music, and others.

In addition to the default applications above, you can also delete any application on your PC / laptop by using the command code.

The command code is as follows:

Get-AppxPackage (AppName) | Remove-AppxPackage

For the steps to use it is quite easy, you can follow these steps:

Step 1 - Open Windows PowerShell

  • To find Windows PowerShell, click search and then type 'Windows PowerShell'. Right click and select 'Run as Administrator'.

Step 2 - Check Applications on Your Laptop

  • The way to check the number of applications is by clicking 'Get-AppxPackage', then clicking Enter.

Step 3 - Click Uninstall Code With The App You Want To Remove

  • The uninstall code is in the top column which you can copy and paste into Windows PowerShell. Then click Enter.

You will see a green notification indicating that your order is being processed. Then the application that you uninstalled will disappear by itself.

How to Uninstall Laptop Applications Using Unlocker

Unlocker is software which is used to delete any files in Windows or software that were difficult to delete before.

This application is quite easy to use. The steps for using it are quite simple without having to enter any code like the first method above.

The way to use it is as follows:

Step 1 - Open Application Unlocker Then Select Application

  • Select the application or file you want to delete, Unlocker will give you a number of applications that are read on the front. If it's not there, you can search for the app manually. Then, click OK.

Step 2 - Select Delete Then OK

  • Select delete in the column to the left of the page. Apart from deleting, you can also rename and move files or applications to different locations. Then, click OK.

The application or file you select will be deleted automatically by Unlocker. It's easy!
