If a team from China loses in the inaugural title, at The International 2012 (TI2) the team Invictus Gaming successfully won the tournament which was held at Benaroya Hall, Seattle, United States.

The tournament, which was held on August 31-September 2, 2012, also brought together 16 teams with the same total prizes as before, gang.

TI Dota 2 is getting so popular that Valve has decided to move this event to venue the bigger one, namely Key Arena, Seattle, which has a larger audience capacity.

The International 2014 (TI4) also set a record with total prizes reaching 10.9 million US dollars (approximately 155 billion rupiah), where the first winner gets a prize of 46%.

Chinese team, Wings Gaming again won The International 2016 (TI6) after defeating Digital Chaos from the United States with a final score of 3-1.

This event is still being held at KeyArena, Seattle, United States on August 3-13, 2016.

The International 2016 again set a record with total prizes 20.7 million US dollars (approximately 296 billion rupiah) some of which was donated player Dota 2 passes Battle Pass.
