Tired of seeing your data cut off when printed? That means you are still not very good at formatting your data in Excel, gang!
Here, Jaka will only discuss basic tips for processing data which includes how to print Excel without being cut off, gang.
- Step 1 - Press Ctrl + A to select all the data in the Sheet.
- On the menu Home, click option Format as Table and select the desired table type as a way to create an Excel table from existing data.
- Step 2 - Confirm the selection My table has headers checked and click the button OK.
- With a table format, you can sort the data according to the criteria you want, so first organize your data as needed, gang!
- Step 3 - To make sure no data is lost, set the column width by double click on the right column or use features Wrap Text.
Notes:
Feature Wrap Text will make the text use more than 1 line.
- In the main menu options, select menu Page Layout and click the icon Print Titles.
- Click the arrow in the options Rows to repeat at top and select the first row containing header from the table. Click button OK when finished.

This step serves to ensure header appears as the top line on each printed sheet.
How to Print Excel So It's Not Small

- Step 1 - Click and drag columns and rows that you want to print.
- In the main menu options, select menu Page Layout. Click icon Print Area in Toolbar and click option Set Print Area.
- Step 2 - To make sure your choice is correct, click on the arrow located in the Name Box and select Print_Area to view the selected columns and rows.
- If there is an error, click the icon Print Area and click option Clear Print Area to remove all selected rows and columns.
How to Print Excel to Full Paper
In order not to waste paper, you have to make sure that the print orientation you choose matches the data to be printed, gang!

- Step 1 - Click Ctrl + P to enter the screen Print. You can also access this screen through options File in the main menu and click options Print.
- Step 2 - Select paper size, orientation, and margin which is desired. You can also make margin yourself if you have specific needs.
If your data is heavier in columns, use orientation Landscape and if it's heavier on the row, use orientation Portrait.
